Fibromyalgia
The fibers are the fascia that surrounds the muscles, and muscle pain refers to pain in the muscles.
There is chronic pain in the fascia and musculature, and in addition, it is accompanied by fatigue, insomnia, memory loss, and depression. Fibromyalgia increases pain sensations in the brain and spinal nerves. Inflammation occurs after trauma, surgery, or severe stress. The incidence rate is higher in women than in men and is accompanied by headache,
jaw joint pain, diarrhea, depression, and anger.
Due to poor excretion of waste, there is edema throughout the body, food digestion is difficult, there is no strength, and there is no pain anywhere. Because nerve transmission is not working well, pain substances remain piled up in the body.

Chronic pain
This term refers to intense pain that endures for more than 6 months. If fibromyalgia persists for an extended period, it can develop into chronic pain.
Chronic pain can also arise when physical strength is depleted, and both the mind and body deteriorate due to severe emotional trauma. It is not only physical exhaustion but also dietary factors that can contribute. 'Inappropriate food choices and a high-protein diet can generate a significant amount of waste and result in severe pain.
Therapy
Chronic diseases are characterized by stiff muscles, twisted and misaligned skeleton, and poor nerve transmission. When nerve transmission is good, blood circulation, lymph circulation, hormonal balance, etc. function properly. After correction, these functions become normal. If you restore your system with the right nutrients and food, you will gradually see improvement.

Cervical pain. Neck pain. headache
Pain around the neck comes from compression of the cervical nerves. It can be caused by misaligned bones, degeneration, or disc problems. In severe cases, it reaches down to the shoulders, arms, and fingers. The nervous, vascular, lymphatic, and spinal canal in the neck are complex and delicate, so if corrected, improvement is faster than back pain and function is restored to its original state.
Spondylolysis. anteversion
Spondylolysis is a fracture of the posterior clasp of the spine. Even if pain occurs at this stage, it will improve early with treatment. If the spine is pushed forward rather than down, it is spondylolisthesis. It is divided into four stages depending on the degree of backlog. It gets more serious once it goes beyond stage 2. More than half of the spine is misaligned, causing loss of strength and difficulty in everyday life.
The reason things are progressing so badly and being pushed forward is a physical reason. If squatting becomes a habit, physical force is applied to the upper body rather than the lower body, causing twisting in the lumbar vertebrae 3.4.5 or cervical vertebrae. When the stomach comes out, the center of gravity moves forward, causing the spine to move forward.
If pain or discomfort persists without timely treatment, the degree of misalignment continues to increase. To prevent it, you need to reduce problematic behavior and do exercises opposite to that posture. As shown in the picture below, squatting posture aggravates anterior separation or anteversion.
